COPE has trained nearly 1300 County employees and is presently training approximately 90
supervisors. With all those people turning in their evaluation forms - 99% rate Barb and Pat as
"excellent" in all categories. I came out the hero because people are so happy with the training they can't
stop thanking me. Once the first group went (and they were DPW - a tough group) the news spread like
